"The staff at Big Tex Storage are great, they are always on hand to assist you with anything you need and are very friendly. The property is newly constructed and the building is clean and well lit. The units have very high ceilings but the second floor units are much higher than the first floor. On the times I've visited my unit, there were only a few tenants so it's not too busy or noisy when you're moving in. They have large push dollies at every door for your convenience and the elevator is very large and spacious. I also liked the covered roof on all the doorways. It allowed me to park my truck underneath in case of rain. Security appears above average. The building has motorized gates with pass code entry, cameras on every corner, motion activated lights, alarms on every unit, and there's a manager that lives on the property. I'm very pleased with Big Tex Storage so far."
