Units run from small lockers up to a 10×30 that holds a full household, with climate-controlled options between 55°F and 77°F for anything heat or humidity can damage. This location doesn't carry wine storage; River Oaks and the Museum District are the closest options for that.

That location shapes who we serve. Heights bungalows are short on closets and shorter on garages, so neighbors use us for seasonal items, furniture, and the overflow of a renovation. Local hotels, retailers, and offices keep inventory and furniture here rather than paying for the square footage on 11th Street.

The office is staffed seven days a week, and gate access runs daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
